Returns and Exchanges are not supported if the customer ordered the wrong size, color, or simply changed their mind. However, in the case of a damaged product or a manufactoring error, Metaverse Inspired offers a free reprint or a refund if the customer contacts us within thirty (30) days of product delivery. Please get in touch with our support team via email at: support@metaverseinspired.com Be ready to provide a clear photo showing the issue. If there is an issue affecting multiple products, an additional photo (or video) of all affected products visible in one frame will be required for confirmation purposes.
In the case of an unsuccessful delivery, you can opt for either a reprint with an extra charge or a partial refund. For DTG (Direct to Garment) products, there is a tolerance of 0.5" for print placement, meaning that minor variations in the placement of the print will not be considered as defects.
Free reprints are not offered in the following cases:
-Lost orders with an incorrect delivery address provided by the customer
-Products that were received as requested but the customer wishes to change the color or size instead
-Garments with a minor size deviation from the size guide measurements (below 1")
-Low quality prints caused by a low quality design
You have thirty (30) calendar days to return an item from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return:
Your product or item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Your product or item must be in the original packaging
Your product or item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase
In the rare case of a lost or undelivered order, the first thing that is checked is the delivery address provided by the customer, this address must be 100% accurate. Even a single missing letter or number can cause a delivery failure.
Once the address is confirmed, the customer will be requested to contact their local post office. Occassionally, we see that when an order or package arrives at the destination city, it is sometimes stored at the customers local post office for pickup by the customer or recipient.
After both of the above described steps have been completed, please reach out to our support team at: support@metaverseinspired.com. We will investigate it further and offer a free reprint if we determine that there was no error on the customer's part.
Note: Refunds are issued back to the original payment method. If your selected billing currency is not United States Dollar (USD), please note that the refund will be returned directly to the original payment source.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have recieved your returned product or item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the product or item returned. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card or original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your credit card issuer's policies.
Please note: If the item you are requesting a refund for was marked as a gift when purchased, and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.
Gift certificates are non-refundable.
