MetaverseInspired.com is an ecommerce platform dedicated to bringing the creativity of the metaverse into the real world. Our shop features unique, high-quality physical products, from apparel to accessories, all with unique designs inspired by the metaverse we love and enjoy.  Learn more at our About Page.

2. Do you offer gift packaging options?

No, but we do offer gift certificates which we can deliver straight to the recipient and even include a note on your behalf. Please contact us via IG: @metaverseinspired or email: [email protected] if you have any questions.

3. Can I make suggestions for new products or designs?

4. What type of products do you offer?

Our products range from customizable avatar t-shirts to uniquely designed apparel, accessories, and home decor items. Each item is crafted to let you showcase your love for the metaverse in the physical world.

5. Can I customize any product(s)?

YES! Our avatar t-shirts, custom stickers and a few other items such as puzzles coming soon, allow you to add a personal touch. You can upload your avatar image and name, which we’ll print on the product to make it uniquely yours. Please note that custom and personalized items are non-refundable, unless there is a defect or error caused by MetaverseInspired.com - We're continously exploring new customization options, so stay tuned for updates! Order & Fulfillment

6. How are my orders fulfilled?

We partner with reputable production companies, to print and fulfill your orders. This approach helps us deliver high-quality products globally with reliable shipping options.

7. Where do you ship?

We only ship within the US but will open up soon to more countries. Stay tuned. Please note that shipping costs and delivery times vary. Refer to our Shipping and Delivery Policy for more information.

8. How long will it take to receive my order?

Each order is custom-printed, so processing usually takes 2-4 business days. Once shipped, delivery times depend on your location. You’ll receive a tracking number to follow your order’s journey. Refer to our Shipping and Delivery Policy for more detailed information.

10. Can I track my order?

Yes, once your order is processed and ready to ship, you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can also create an account right on this site and be able to log in to view the status of your order at any time.

Returns & Exchanges

11. What is your return policy?

For non-customized items, we accept returns within thirty (30) days of purchase if the item is unused and in its original packaging. Customized/Personalized products are made specifically for you, we only accept returns on these items in the event of a defect or printing error. Read more about our return policy here.

12. How do I initiate a return?

If you’d like to request a return, please contact us at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return. For faster processing, please include a photo of the product you wish to return. Our support team will guide you through the process. Read more about our return policy here.

13. Can I make changes to an order I have already placed?

For immediate assistance regarding a change to an order placed, you can DM @metaverseinspired on Instagram. Please have your order number ready. We can then check your order and if it wasn't printed yet, you will be able to make the changes you would like.

Product Quality & Design

14. Are all designs exclusive to MetaverseInspired.com?

Yes! All designs on MetaverseInspired.com are uniquely created to represent the metaverse and its culture. We take pride in offering products that you won’t find anywhere else.

15. Where can I learn about the quality of a particular item?

We partner with reputable providers, who are known for high-quality printing and products. We carefully select materials that match the durability and quality our customers expect. You can also read about a particular products quality in the description section of the product.

Billing & Payment

16. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit cards, PayPal, Stripe, and other secure payment options. Your payment information is always protected through encrypted and secure processing. As of February 2025, we are now accepting CashApp payments. Inorder to pay using CashApp ($metaverseinspired) you must send your order details by email to: [email protected] (please include your Meta username, CashApp Transaction ID# and shipping address). Once both payment and order details have been received, processing of your order will begin. You will receive a tracking number for your order, once the order is shipped, to the email address you used to place your order. Feel free to contact us with any questions at [email protected]

17. Will I be charged any additional fees?

Taxes may be applied at checkout based on your location, and shipping fees are added depending on the shipping method you choose.

18. How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking link. You can also log into your account on MetaverseInspired.com to view your order status and tracking information at any time.

19. Do I need an account to make a purchase?

No, you can checkout as a guest, but creating an account allows you to track orders, view past purchases, and receive special promotions.
